Wataru Takagi is Tobi's voice actor and hopefully will remain so until Tobi's story ends. Takagi was born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan on July 25, 1966. He is no stranger to the voice acting business as he's done some very notable roles form hit series such as Shaman King, Monster Rancher and Slayers. I really do think he's the only one who could pull off Tobi so well. Tobi needs emotion in his voice and to be able to pull off a believable character, and I feel that Takagi is perfect. Popular roles include ones such as Harry Champ from Zoids: New Century Zero, Valgaav from Slayers, Ganju Shiba from Bleach and Rubeus from Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon.
